Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased for a specific dollar amount, or for a specific service. Gift Certificates can not be refunded or redeemed for cash, and have no cash value. Lost or stolen gift certificates are non-refundable, replaceable or valid.
Quiet
Our ambiance was created to promote relaxation and for each guest to enjoy a quiet relaxing spa experience. We kindly ask you to turn off or silence all cell phones. Please respect others by using your spa voice at all times.We ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to the Spa unless booked for service.
Personal Belongings
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Spa Promotions
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third part gift certificates.
Group Bookings & Gratuity
For group booking of 4 or more, deposit is required to secure your appointment . Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, With parties of 4 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
Special Considerations
Please inform us any special medical needs that require special attentions including ingrown toenails, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, disabilities or illnesses.
